Jack's friends Nate & Tara from Seattle ventured deep into the woods of the Olympic Peninsula, captured this furry green monster, and shipped it over to serve as a new playmate. After an initial 'holy cow!', Jack and the monster are best of buds.

This is a great picture! So cute.
(btw: I just showed this pic of Jack to Luca and asked "who's that boy?" Not expecting a response, I was totally shocked when I heard this little voice say "Jack!" He had only seen the blog one other time, a few days ago.)
