Dad gave this photograph of Baby Jack the 'Cutest Ever' award this morning during a small ceremony at his office. Dad was reported as saying "It was a hard choice, and I am absolutely not biased."Insiders report that Baby Jack gave his father extra eye contact and smiles this morning to sway his judgment. An official investigation has been launched.
